We love this elephant garlic. Wonderful mild garlic flavor. We use an entire giant clove of garlic sauteed in a little olive oil with spinach and cherry tomatoes. A dusting sea salt finishes it off. We serve this over fish or rice (brown or white) or just as a side. The aroma and taste were amazing! Thank you!

I have never had the opportunity to use or try elephant garlic before. The flavor is much more mild compared to others. It is great for those that want the benefits of garlic with a milder taste. This is great if you want to use it daily without having a stronger aroma or taste of garlic (depending on how you prepare it).

Exceptional garlic! I ordered for fall planting. These elephant were much larger than a competitor’s (Keene). Highly recommend this seed garlic for gardeners
