Seed Size:  3 to 7 inches

Bulb / Cloves:  5 to 7 cloves/bulb, 2 to 3 bulbs/pound

Flavor:  Mild garlic flavored leek, especially when consumed raw.  Great substitute if you don’t want the bold garlic taste.

Origin:  Turkey (brought to Willamette Valley, Oregon in mid-1800s).
